Sudden change or crises frighten many people. They expirience the fear of the unknown.
Especially when this inner change affects our character, such as through a mental illness. Losing oneself.
In my case, it's a subconscious change that one has to explore in the depths of the mind. In the ocean, many fear the unknown depths and what might lurk there. But beautiful things can also be discovered: treasures, beings, alien worlds. Because the unknown also awakens curiosity. I focus on the latter.
